Facility is not carpeted and booths are NOT furnished. Furiniture rentals (tables, chairs, carpet) are available to rent from the decorator. Electrical and wireless are also available for rent.

Exhibitor Move-In:                             Friday, April 24                     6:00am- 5:00pm

Show Hours                                     Saturday, April 25                10:00am- 5:00pm

Show Hours                                     Sunday, April 26                  11:00am- 4:00pm

Exhibitor Move-Out:                          Sunday, April 26                 4:00pm- 8:00pm

IndyBabyExpo strictly enforces that exhibitor move-out is not until 4:00pm on Sunday. No exhibitor will be able to move-out until all attendees are off the show floor.
